Legal capacity to transact
All prices displayed in our product pages are in Australian Dollars and include 10% GST. We reserve the right to change prices without notification for products displayed in our online store at any time. The prices payable for the goods shall be the price applicable on the date the goods are ordered. We will endeavour to display the most current prices but errors may occur.
Payment Methods & Processing
Anna Spiro Design uses the WooCommerce shopping cart system and interfaces with SecurePay, a Westpac-accredited gateway. The checkout process is 128-bit SSL encrypted. All shipping rates are calculated and presented to the user when shown total costs, before payment. For further information, see the following URL:
Anna Spiro Design uses Australia Post and TNT to deliver goods within Australia and Internationally. When estimating the arrival of your goods please consider the following:
- Credit Card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing.
- There will be no dispatch of goods over weekends and public holidays.
Please also allow up to seven business days for your order to be processed. If you require your goods urgently please advise us in the comments section in our checkout process. You will receive notification from us via email once your order has been shipped. If there are any unexpected delays with shipping we will notify you via email within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will at all times put every effort into sending out your goods as quickly as possible and within a timely manner.

Maximum order weights
We can ship orders up to 25kg within Australia and 25kg overseas.
Wrapping & Packaging
All items purchased from Anna Spiro Design are wrapped in appropriate packing materials to ensure safe arrival of your purchase. If you require gift wrapping please ensure that you tick the box during checkout.
Please be aware that there may be duty or import tax for delivery of items into your country. Please check with your local authorities for any details. We are not responsible for any duties or tax. Please be aware that each country has different import restrictions.
Anna Spiro Design accepts no responsibility for goods lost once they have left our premises. We cannot offer refunds if this shipping option is selected and your item goes missing.
All furniture items will need to be quoted on before shipping. We will use the most appropriate transport company to ensure the best possible price to your location. Please also note that furniture items will only be available for shipping within Australia (not internationally).
Anna Spiro Design does not accept returns for any change of mind claims and will not refund or exchange for this reason.
If you wish to return an item to Anna Spiro Design please notify us in writing within 3 days of receiving your goods, quoting your full name, shipping address and reason for your request to return the goods. We will only accept the return of a good if it is in its original condition and has its original ticket and packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented. Returned items found not in original condition and without original packing, ticketing and proof of purchase/payment receipt in place will be returned to the customer and no refund will be granted.
Please note, all returns must be received by us no later than 21 days after your purchase date if you are an Australian customer and 60 days after your purchase date if you are an international customer.

Once we have received your returned goods we will notify you in writing and advise you of your refund entitlement. Please note, we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent. The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer unless the item was found to be faulty or was the wrong item sent. If the item is found to be faulty or wrong we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a refund or exchange is arranged. We put all our efforts into checking every item before despatch and we use high quality packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased item.

We do not collect personal information when you visit our site unless you place an order or register with us. To protect your privacy, the personal details provided by you to Anna Spiro Design in relation to your purchase or site registration will not be used or given to any third party for any purpose other than to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased goods, or to provide you with updates regarding Anna Spiro Design.
